Starting The Enrollment Process

Our enrollment process is designed to be smooth and simple for our students. It starts when you express interest in our esthetics school. Our team will then provide you with detailed information about our programs, including curriculum, prerequisites, and tuition.

Our admissions team carefully reviews all your materials and may interview you to ensure prerequisites are met. Once accepted, students sign an enrollment agreement, pay tuition fees, and register for their courses.

While our admission process may vary slightly depending on school policies, our focus is always on clear communication and providing you support throughout.

Flexible Full-Time Programs

At Olympia School of Advanced Skincare, we understand the importance of having schedules that fit into your day-to-day life. While we exclusively offer full-time programs, our schedules are tailored based on feedback from previous students. Our class schedules are as follows:

  • Day: Monday – Wednesday In Person Training (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) / Online Training that can be done anytime during the remaining days of the week.
  • We’re New Market Partners! Ask your school counselor about our master’s program so you can get a head start on your beauty education!

Enrollment & Admission FAQs

Are there any prerequisites for your courses?

There are no prerequisites to enroll in our basic or advanced esthetics courses! A valid WA license is only required if you’re applying for our instructor course, or continuing education.

How often do you have start dates?

We have start dates four times a year. Class sizes are limited to only eight students per class. Because of our smaller class sizes, our esthetics instructors can provide more personalized and one-on-one education. If you are thinking about pursuing an esthetics education, act fast to secure your spot in our next class!

Do you offer financial aid?

We are in the process of becoming accredited to offer financial aid, but as of right now, we do not.  However, we offer in-house payment plans to help make our tuition more affordable and work with a local credit union for financing options. For more information on payment options, contact us!

What can I expect on my beauty school tour?

We encourage every student to visit our facilities for a tour. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to discover more about our school, ask any questions you may have, and possibly see some of our students in action. This is your chance to get a firsthand look at what we offer and see if we’re the right fit for you.

Do you offer placement assistance?

We help students get ready for their careers through our Externship Program. We partner with top salons and spas nearby, giving students hands-on experience and training. While we can’t promise a job, this program helps students build relationships with salon staff, increasing their chances of finding opportunities after graduation.
